What does the 5-year warranty cover?
Our written warranty covers the waterproofing system we install against leakage and failure for five years from handover, subject to normal use. The exact terms are listed on your warranty certificate.

No preparation needed. If you can give us access to the affected areas — including any relevant spaces above or below the leak — that helps us trace the source accurately. Share any photos you have in the form.
