Damp
proofing.

Rising-damp and seepage control for walls and basements. We stop moisture at the source, then make good.

Damp in a wall is rarely cosmetic. Rising damp, lateral seepage and basement water carry salts that blister paint and rot plaster from behind. Painting over it only buys a few months before the problem returns.

We trace the path the water is taking, install a chemical damp-proof course or apply negative-side tanking to hold it back, then neutralise salts and re-plaster so the repair stays sound. Anti-fungal treatment is included where mould has taken hold.

Scope
  • Chemical DPC (damp-proof course) injection
  • Cementitious tanking & negative-side waterproofing
  • Salt-neutralising treatment
  • Re-plastering & making good
  • Anti-fungal and anti-mould treatment
