We visit your site, trace the source of the water and assess the full extent of the problem, at no cost and with no obligation. We look for the root cause, not the visible stain, so the recommendation is right the first time.
You receive a written diagnosis, the recommended waterproofing or repair system, and a fixed, itemised quotation. The price you agree is the price you pay.
Our own trained teams prepare the substrate and apply the system strictly to specification, with checks at every stage. Only branded, manufacturer-approved materials, so the warranty stays valid.
We water-test the finished work, hand over the site clean, and issue your five-year written warranty covering the installed system against leakage under normal use.
